All new students to River Valley must complete the following forms before a registration meeting with a counselor will occur.

These forms can be found view pdf here or can be picked up at the high school.

Completed forms can be emailed or mailed to the high school.

Once records are received, including a transcript, a member of the pupil services dept. will contact the family to set up a meeting.
