All new students to River Valley Junior High/High School must complete the following forms before a registration meeting with a counselor will occur.

These forms can be found view pdf here or can be picked up at the junior high/high school.

Completed forms can be mailed to the high school.

Once records are received, including a transcript, a member of the pupil services department will contact the family to set up a meeting.
